- Students can get in touch with Student Services and can also access free Counselling support.
- The Student’s Union can offer advice and support.
- Staff. Royal College of Music staff can speak to the following people about any issues affecting them:
- Their Line Manager
- The Head of Human Resources
- Staff can access free, confidential advice and professional help for a range of issues from CiC Confidential Care, the College's Employee Assistance Provider, 24 hours per day.
- Togetherall – online support. All students and staff can access Togetherall for free - a 24/7 online service that provides advice and support for those dealing with low mood, anxiety and other mental health issues.
- Mental Health First Aiders. All students and staff can arrange to speak to one of our trained Mental Health First Aiders.
